You film. We handle everything else.
From discovery call to first published video in under a week. Here's exactly what the process looks like - no surprises.
Five steps. First video in under a week.
Book a 20-minute discovery call
No RFP, no lengthy questionnaire. A short call where we understand your formats, volume, platforms, and quality bar. We'll tell you exactly which plan fits and what to expect on day one.
Takes 20 minutes. You'll have a quote before the end of the day.We onboard and build your brand kit
Once you sign, we match you with a dedicated editor and spend 24-48 hours setting up your brand kit: motion graphics templates, color grades, caption style, export specs, and workflow integration.
You're fully onboarded before we touch your first video.Submit your first footage
Drop your raw files into a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io - whatever you use) with a brief. No 30-minute briefing calls. A few lines on context, audience, and the outcome you want.
Brief = 5 minutes. Not a creative meeting.Get your draft back in 48 hours
Your dedicated editor returns the first draft with a Loom walkthrough explaining the edit decisions. You review in our shared tool with time-stamped comments - no back-and-forth emails.
48 hours from submission to draft in your review queue.Approve and publish - then repeat
We implement all feedback and deliver the final file. From the second video onwards, the process takes less of your time because your editor already knows your brand. The system runs itself.

Why the old model breaks at scale
The old way (freelancer/agency)
- New brief every project - re-explain your brand every time
- 3-5 day quote turnaround before work even starts
- Per-video invoicing that makes budget planning impossible
- Different editor every project = no brand consistency
- Chasing for updates, no set delivery window
- Scales only by adding headcount or budget
The Pixel8 way
- Brief once - your editor knows your brand from video 1
- 48-hour turnaround from footage drop to draft
- One flat monthly fee - predictable, budget-able
- Same dedicated editor across every project
- Async workflow - no chasing, no meetings
- Scales with a plan upgrade, not a hiring cycle

Onboarding questions
How long does onboarding actually take?
48 hours from signing to your brand kit being complete and your first brief in the queue. Most clients have their first draft back within 5 business days of the discovery call.
Do I need to explain my entire brand from scratch every time?
Only once - during onboarding. After that, your dedicated editor carries the brand knowledge. You don't re-brief style, pacing, or tone for each video. Just brief the content.
What happens if I don't like the first video?
Unlimited revisions. Every new client also gets a complimentary first-video revision round that goes deeper than normal - specifically to calibrate your editor to your standard. Nothing ships until you're satisfied.
How do I send you raw footage?
Drop it in a shared Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io folder - whichever you already use. We set up the folder during onboarding. No new tools, no new accounts.
Can I switch editors if the match isn't right?
Yes. If the first 2-3 videos aren't clicking stylistically, we rematch you. It's rare - we put significant effort into matching during onboarding - but it's always an option.
What if I have a week with no footage to submit?
Nothing happens and nothing is charged extra. Month-to-month means you submit when you have content. Slow weeks don't cost you anything beyond your subscription.
First video back in under 5 days.
Book the discovery call. Twenty minutes later you'll know exactly which plan fits, what onboarding looks like, and when your first video lands.
